What vaccinations are required to obtain prior to travel in Ethiopia?

I am confused because I went to Malaysia recently with some my family and that the vaccinations we arrived before we went were hepatitis A and swine influenza. I want to go to Ethiopia and now I read on Health Travel sites that you need to get a series of vaccinations before going to Ethiopia … I first thought I should probably get them all before I leave, but then afterwards I looked at the recommended vaccinations for travel to Malaysia and I realized I did not even have much of recommended vaccinations are listed on this site before I left for Malaysia and came back perfectly well … I was wondering what vaccinations I really need to get before going to Ethiopia and the ones I could worry no (if applicable)? I especially want to know about the vaccine Ravy because if I need to get it, then I would have to postpone the trip a month they have to give you three shots Ravy over a month before your departure …
