Why the media are allowed to express this young boy died of H1N1 when it is not true?

If you read this article it is first said that H1N1 claimed that boys life. and then if you keep reading it says that "We have not been notified by someone in the medical community (Frustaglio) died of H1N1 or anything specifically. "But it's been all over the Toronto news all that boy did die from H1N1. When Did you ever read a headline in a newspaper, or heard an introduction to a news story on television saying: "Hey, Guys, everything is looking pretty good today, the economy seems to be a recovery, we have the best scientific minds working on treatments for cancer, AIDS and Alzheimer's disease, and we're really making progress on solutions to global warming. ? I think NEVER, and you never will. Responsible "news reporting and news" are relics of a distant past. It's all about Doom, sorrow, and reporting of "facts" that nobody has bothered to check. It's all about publishing news, and not just report it. There are very very honorable, honest, not fear-mongering journalists left, and they are endangered.
