When to call a doctor for symptoms of colds or flu swine?

In the last few days my son and daughter got congested and complain of sore throat and headache. None of them developed a fever, but now my youngest child is to have their symptoms as well. I can not say if he has a sore throat or not, it is only 2, but it is congested and runny nose. It is Saturday now I do not know if I take them to the emergency room this weekend if they suffer from fever, to be tested for swine flu, or simply take an apt. Monday. I not know the urgency of this, or how to deal with anything that is, they hope ….. someone can help … or calm my nerves.

If your child's fever is managed with Tylenol or Motrin, he or she is drinking and to cancel, and show no sign of disoreination, then he or she should be good at home. If any of these things change as you are unable to bring the fever with medication, your child does not drink or urninating and becomes disorented bring your child to the doctor. But you know the better your children if something does not feel the doctors go just to be sure. Im a mother of five and a child does H1N1 and shes fine. We treated her like we would if she had seasonal flu and was not great and other children fell ill. Many if cleaning!
