Will Republicans leading FREE HEALTH CARE FOR THE SWINE influenza for children?

In my state, all children 18 years can be either free or reduced rate health care, including dental and optical. Plus many of our hospitals and care facilities Health offer a rate of sliding scale based on your tax return, why do we need the Government to spoil the wonderful system health care we have.
